Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of AIGENT MSP, operated by Steelbrook Labs LLC. By accessing or using AIGENT MSP you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AIGENT MSP is a voice-first AI agent that connects to your PSA platform and allows field technicians to log time, manage tickets, and capture job details through natural conversation. The service requires an active ConnectWise Manage instance during the beta period.

2. Accounts and Access

  • You must sign in using a valid Microsoft or Google work account
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must be 18 years or older to use AIGENT MSP
  • You must have authorization from your organization to connect your PSA credentials to AIGENT MSP

3. Beta Program

During the beta period:

  • The service is provided at no charge
  • Features may change without notice
  • We may terminate beta access at any time
  • Beta participants agree to provide feedback to help improve the product
  • No SLA or uptime guarantee is provided

4. ConnectWise Integration

By connecting your ConnectWise Manage instance to AIGENT MSP you authorize us to:

  • Read ticket data, board configurations, and member records
  • Create and update time entries on behalf of your technicians
  • Create and update tickets on behalf of your technicians
  • Update ticket statuses on behalf of your technicians

You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of data posted to ConnectWise through AIGENT MSP.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use AIGENT MSP for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the underlying AI models
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use the service to post false or fraudulent time entries
  • Attempt to circumvent any security or authentication measures

6. Intellectual Property

AIGENT MSP, including its design, code, AI models, and brand identity, is the property of Steelbrook Labs LLC. You retain ownership of all data you input into the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AIGENT MSP is provided “as is” during the beta period without warranty of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steelbrook Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of AIGENT MSP.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may terminate your account by contacting support@aigentmsp.ai.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

Continued use of AIGENT MSP after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
