Steelbrook Labs LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates AIGENT MSP and the website at aigentmsp.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Name, company name, and email address when you request beta access
  • ConnectWise Manage credentials entered during onboarding (stored encrypted, never transmitted to third parties)
  • Support inquiries sent to support@aigentmsp.ai

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data including features accessed, time spent, and actions taken within the app
  • Device information including device type, operating system, and app version
  • Authentication tokens from Microsoft or Google OAuth sign-in

Information from ConnectWise Manage:

Ticket data, time entries, board configurations, and member records accessed via the ConnectWise REST API on your behalf. This data is used solely to provide the AIGENT MSP service and is never sold or shared with third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the AIGENT MSP service
  • Process time entries, ticket updates, and other actions in ConnectWise Manage on your behalf
  • Respond to support requests
  • Send service-related communications including beta updates and onboarding guidance
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the product

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • ConnectWise API credentials are encrypted at rest using Supabase Vault
  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS
  • Authentication is handled via Microsoft or Google OAuth — we never store your Microsoft or Google passwords
  • We use Supabase (PostgreSQL) for data storage, hosted on infrastructure that complies with SOC 2 standards

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion we will remove your personal information within 30 days. ConnectWise data accessed via API is not stored permanently — it is retrieved in real time as needed to provide the service.

5. Third-Party Services

AIGENT MSP uses the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Railway — backend API hosting
  • Vercel — web hosting
  • Anthropic — AI processing
  • OpenAI — voice transcription (Whisper) and text-to-speech
  • Microsoft / Google — OAuth authentication
  • Stripe — payment processing

6. Children's Privacy

AIGENT MSP is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications
